PRENATAL YOGA

A nurturing and gentle practice, with focus on breath, movement and relaxation​​

My classes use a combination of yoga-inspired postures, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques structured having in mind: level, trimester, props used and what body part and mind is the focus of the class. The aim is to support mums-to-be adjust to the ever-changing pregnancy journey, by strengthening their body, relaxing their mind while fostering that magical connection with the baby. In addition, you will make new friends and share your pregnancy together and eventually post postpartum too.

Suitable for all pregnant women, from 13w of pregnancy right up to delivery, with or without prior experience of yoga.

All mats, blocks, belts, blankets and bolsters are supplied, so you don't have to bring anything along but please feel free to bring your own if you have them.
